Hi there! I'm a 26 yo female on a working holiday. I'm looking for a clean and tidy house with a female-only (flexible!) environment where respect is key. I prefer a place near CBD or Zone 1 if possible, close to the station/bus stop and market, with max. 30 mins to reach CBD. I want a furnished private/single room, with bill included, and flexible stay (it might be around 2-3 months, I guess). I'm not a smoker, doesn't have pets nor kids, and would be nice if my housemates are like that too.
