I’m a first-year doctor working at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Murdoch. I'm originally from Pakistan, have completed medical school at UWA and have been living in Perth since 2017.
I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, drink, host parties, or have pets. Outside of work, I mostly enjoy going to the gym and gaming, and I tend to keep a fairly routine schedule.
I’ve been living in student accommodation in the city for the past two years and am now looking for a place closer to Murdoch. I don’t have a car at the moment, so limited parking isn’t an issue. I work full-time and can comfortably afford rent.
I’m looking for a clean, calm, and friendly household and would be a reliable long-term tenant. Happy to chat or inspect if you think I’d be a good fit.
