Hello, my name is Taeyoung Lee.
I am currently staying on a Working Holiday visa, and if I move in, I would like to start with a contract of approximately three months.
I have previous experience living in shared environments, including university dormitories and group accommodation during my military service. Because of this, I am comfortable with shared living and make an effort to keep common areas clean and organized. I generally live in a planned and organized manner, and I tend to be quiet at home.
If there are house rules or assigned cleaning responsibilities for common areas, I am happy to follow them responsibly. I value consideration and respect when living with others and aim to contribute to a comfortable shared living environment.
