Hi everyone .
I am a 53 year old man, by myself with no dependents and will be moving to Griffith to start a new job on 2 February, but will need a place from 29 January . I currently have my house on the market in Mildura so am looking for a place to stay for 3 months, after which i plan to buy in Griffith, so potentially 4 months lease .
I am happy to pay $250 - $300 for a room with its own bathroom and more for a granny flat or free standing unit ( $500 per week ) , where i wont need to sign a long term lease. Furnished or unfurnished are both okay.

I am a non smoker ( so would need to stay with non smokers ) , i lead an active lifestyle, i will be working full days and weekends until winter so ideally want to share with like minded professional working people.
References available.
I am very easy to get along with and like to live in a neat house .
Happy to help with garden maintenance, like lawns and hedges.
