Ray and Riley

My wife and I are moving to Perth in early 2026, as she will be studying a Master’s program at the University of Western Australia. I work remotely as a software engineer for a Hong Kong–based company, which provides us with a stable income and flexibility.

We are both tidy, respectful, and non-smokers. In our free time, we enjoy cooking at home, playing guitar, and exploring new places together. We are looking for a quiet, comfortable home where Riley can focus on her studies and I can continue my work.

We value looking after the space we live in and being considerate neighbours. We plan to stay in Perth for at least the duration of my wife's two-year study program and are committed to being reliable long-term tenants.
