Simon Areephon

My name is Areephon Pithanthanakul, but you can call me Simon. I’m 30 years old and currently in Thailand, planning to move to Australia soon. I have been granted a Working and Holiday visa (subclass 462). I am responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay upon my arrival in Australia, where I can settle in and focus on work and daily life.

I’m a respectful and easy-going person who values a peaceful home. I’m generally a homebody and keep shared spaces clean and organised. I’m open-minded, considerate, and believe that good communication and mutual respect are key to a happy shared living environment.

I usually prefer to prepare my own meals and enjoy cooking. I’m not vegetarian or vegan. I’m open to sharing food occasionally if it suits everyone. I don’t currently have any living room furniture to contribute.
