Simon Areephon

My name is Areephon Pithanthanakul, but you can call me Simon. I’m 30 years old and currently in Thailand, planning to move to Australia on 2nd of March. If possible, I’d love to arrange an inspection during the first week of March. I have been granted a Working and Holiday visa (subclass 462). I am responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay upon my arrival in Australia, where I can settle in and focus on work and daily life.

I’m a respectful and easy-going person who values a peaceful home. I’m generally a homebody and keep shared spaces clean and organised. I’m open-minded, considerate, and believe that good communication and mutual respect are key to a happy shared living environment.

I usually prefer to prepare my own meals and enjoy cooking. I’m not vegetarian or vegan. I’m open to sharing food occasionally if it suits everyone. I don’t currently have any living room furniture to contribute.
