Seungyean and Byunggil

Hi, my name is Lumi and I’m from Korea. I’m a nail artist and will be working around the Burwood area.

I’ll be living with a close friend and we are both clean, respectful and easygoing. We like keeping our home tidy and peaceful.

We are both quiet and not really into parties or having guests over, so the house will stay calm and respectful.

I do smoke occasionally, but never inside the house and always outside.

We are responsible people and will always pay rent on time. We will also treat the house like our own home.

I will arrive in Sydney on March 13th and would be happy to arrange an inspection anytime after I arrive.
