Hi, I’m Saeed. I work at the University of Melbourne and have a stable, full-time routine. I’m quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces clean, don’t party, and value a calm home environment.

I spend most of my time working, exercising, or keeping to myself, so I’m very considerate about noise and privacy. I pay rent on time and treat a place like a home, not a short-term crash pad.
