Garrett

Hey I'm Garrett, a 28 year old from Canada originally. I've been living on the GC for 6 years now and have loved every second of it. I study law full time and when not doing that I work as a filmer/photographer (so your insta could potentially get a pretty significant upgrade). I surf pretty much every day, usually down at snapper or greeny, and try to get into the gym in the evenings. I also read quite a bit and am happy to hang out in the quiet or have a chat with housemates.

Basically I just want to be outside all the time.

I was in Canada for a month over Christmas and right before I left my previous landlord abruptly ended the lease so I've been cruising around doing vanlife (landcruiser life) since I got back. I'm therefore pretty flexible with move in dates but I'd love to find something sooner rather than later!

I've lived with flatmates since I was 16 and pretty much always ended up being close friends with them. I'm not much of a party animal anymore (rare occasions only), but always happy to go for a surf, play some music, grab a beer, work on your car, find a waterfall, or pretty much anything else.

I'm also clean. That's kind of my one sticking point is that I think the main area of the house at least needs to be clean. I don't believe it's good to start your day in a messy house its bad for the vibe of the day. Everyone on flatmates says they're clean but if you're at all curious I'll literally give you the number of my previous housemates who'll attest to that.
