Hello everyone, my name is Dave and I am currently looking for suitable accommodation. I am an artist and graphic designer and also receive DSP support (I can share my website if you’d like to see my work). I don’t have a job that requires me to be out of the house, as I work remotely, so I spend most of my time at home.

I’m currently living in Langwarrin but I have a car and a full driver’s license, so location isn’t a major concern when considering a move. I’m a friendly 42‑year‑old who tends to keep to myself but also enjoys good company and the occasional beer. I don’t smoke or use drugs, and I have no pets, children, or partner.

I’m debt‑free and always able to pay rent and bills on time. I'm neat and tidy and good with housework. Oh, and internet is a must.
