I am retired and returning to Australia from overseas mid-February and looking for a clean, comfortable room to rent in the Algester, Parkinson, Calamvale, Sunnybank, Browns Plains area if possible.
Looking for long-term accommodation but will consider short-term options if suitable.
Ideally, a place close to public transport, shops and with a friendly, respectful household. A furnished room would be preferable but not a must and very keen to have access to the internet.
Budget is tight being on a pension ($150-$180 per week), but also more than happy to do extra chores around the house to help out. Easy going personality, neat and tidy. Enjoys playing golf.
