Hi, future house mate :)

I’m Samuel, 30, currently living in North Manly where I’ve been for the past 5 years. Landlord is selling the property, so I'm looking for somewhere new to call home and definitely want to stay local!

I’m really easy going and social, but also value a calm, respectful home. During the week when I'm not working you'll usually find me roasting in the sun at the beach, bouldering, pretending to like cold plunges and at local trivia on Wednesdays (I'm 50% on flatmates to find a flatmate and 50% on flatmates to find someone to help carry our useless trivia team)

I’m really hoping to live with flatmates who become actual mates, not just people sharing a house. I love shared dinners, movie nights, a game of pool (I'm insanely good after 3 beers and insanely bad after 5). Definitely not looking for a party house though.

Weekends are usually spent locally. Beach time, live music gigs, art exhibitions, and social outings. I have a beautiful group of friends who are always down to meet new people!

I’m tidy but relaxed, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. (I can provide ex housemate references, and rental references if needed!) I love cooking and am always keen for shared meals. I’m generally an early bird who likes to make the most of the day, but I also appreciate a diabolical sleep in once every now and then.

I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, enjoy volunteer work, and care a lot about human rights, so I’m keen to live in an open-minded, respectful household with likeminded people. Ideally a drug-free house, but totally fine with drinking and smokers.

I also come with my 9-year-old American Staffy, Sahbi. She’s very affectionate, well trained, and loves cuddles. She does have some anxiety around other dogs, so it would need to be no other pets. Can send pics of her on request, she's an angel and also comes with her own positive rental record!

Ideally want to team up with 1 to 2 other people anywhere between April and July and start a fresh lease, but I'm also down to join an existing share house if its the right fit :)
