Jay and Wuyi

PhD student at UQ, together with my spouse on a dependent visa, are seeking a double-occupancy master bedroom or ensuite room with private bathroom.

Preferred locations: areas between UQ and Sunnybank, such as Woolloongabba, Garden City, Macgregor.

We are clean, quiet, non-smoking, pet-free, cook occasionally, and pay rent promptly. We leave early and return late on a daily basis. We hope our flatmates are with the same tidy and considerate living habits.
