Hello! My name is Eungyu, a 30-year-old male from South Korea.

🎥 Back in Korea, I spent five years as a content creator in the K-pop entertainment industry, specializing in photography, videography, and design. After falling in love with Sydney during a trip last March, I decided to return on a Working Holiday visa to experience life here for a full year.

✨ I lived solo in Seoul for over four years and take great pride in maintaining a beautiful and tidy home. In fact, my previous real estate agent once told me I was the cleanest and most aesthetic tenant they had ever seen! I am a non-smoker and quite meticulous about hygiene and cleanliness, so you can always expect shared spaces to be kept in top condition. I even have photos of my previous apartment and reference messages from my landlord to prove I’m a "dream tenant."

😊 I’d describe myself as an "extroverted introvert." I deeply value a quiet, peaceful atmosphere but also enjoy socialising and a lively vibe from time to time. I’m very easy-going and have never had issues with flatmates or neighbors. In Seoul, I was so close with my landlord that we’d go for walks together, and my neighbors were sad to see me go! Most importantly, I am very respectful of house rules and believe in clear communication to keep the household harmonious.

📅 Move-in Date: Arriving in Sydney on March 12th.
⏰ Duration: I’m looking for a stable place to stay for the full year (12 months), as I won’t be moving elsewhere due to my visa plans.
