Hello! My name is Eungyu, and I’m from South Korea.

🎥 I’m currently living in Paddington and working full-time as a professional videographer in Macquarie Park. Before moving to Sydney, I worked in the K-pop entertainment industry in Korea, specialising in photography, videography, and design. I’m now looking for a home closer to work.

✨ I lived on my own in Seoul for over four years and take pride in keeping my home clean, tidy, and welcoming. My previous real estate agent even described me as one of the cleanest tenants they’d ever had! I’m a non-smoker and mindful of keeping shared spaces clean. I’m also happy to share photos of my previous apartment and reference messages from my landlord.

😊 I’d describe myself as an “extroverted introvert.” I value a quiet, peaceful home but also enjoy a friendly chat and socialising from time to time. I’m easy-going, respectful of others’ privacy, and considerate of house rules. I believe clear communication is key to living comfortably together.

🏡 I’m looking for a stable, long-term home. My Working Holiday visa runs until March 2027, but I’m currently discussing options with my employer to stay beyond that, and things are looking positive. I’m likely to remain in Sydney after March, so I’d love to find somewhere I can settle in for the longer term.
