I’m 49, single, female and looking for a home whilst I set up my new business. I’m just going to be brutally honest and see where it takes me!

I have 2 cats that are extremely well behaved and would love to roam the free areas of the home if possible. They are fully trained and also like hanging out in the backyard. I would be fully responsible for their care. They would be your friend if you wanted or ignore you if you ignore them. If you are not pet friendly, I’m not the flatmate for you.

Annnnnddd…. I smoke medical cannabis - 100% prescribed by a doctor. So a weed friendly home is probably the only thing that would work. I would only ever smoke in my room out of a window, and I use a beautiful dusk fragrance to hide the smell, but if that would bother you (totally understandable) then again, I’m not the roomie for you.

I’m working on opening an ecommerce business in the next 2 months and will pretty much spend all of my time in my room. I’m not really a “people” person anymore, so I’m not looking for new best friends, just a place to call home while I’m setting everything up. I can commit to 6 months, it might be longer but I’m not sure.

I like things to be as clean as possible, but I don’t cook, so I will only use the kitchen to heat stuff up and prepare breakie.

I am very friendly and easy going but I stick to myself mainly. If I see you around the home, of course I’ll be totally friendly, but I won’t be sitting in the lounge room watching movies together if you get what I mean. Besides, if I’m not sleeping or hanging with my cats, then I’m working (from my room), so depending on what you’re looking for… I could be the perfect roommate for the right home 😊
