samuelle and Chris

Hi everyone!
We're Samuelle and Chris, we'll be arriving in Perth mid-July and we're looking for a place to call home. Sam have been studying Business Management for the past two years and is now enrolled at UWA, and Chris is a ski instructor in the winter, looking for a job during our summer in Perth.

We are looking for a room to rent in a house-share, ideally between east Perth and Swanbourne. We'd prefer somewhere close to the beach and with good public transport links. We're both outdoorsy and travel lovers, we would love to share a place with likeminded people we can have a surf session or a swim at the beach with! We're friendly, easy-going, love a shared dinner but also totally respectful of personal space. Both of us are tidy, organized and really value mutual respect and a clean living space.

Our budget is $500 per week
