Naomi and Tom

Hello everyone,
My partner and I are a working professional couple on the hunt for a long term rental. We are non-smoking DINKs (double income no kids) and have no pets. We have lived in the Gold Coast for a couple of years and are seeking a place close to the beach that can keep us in a stable base. Naomi is a Registered Nurse working across both sides of the border in the public hospitals, and Tom is a chippy working in government construction.

When we aren’t working we are in the ocean surfing or freediving. We are social but not party people, so home is where we like to relax especially after a day at work. We are clean and tidy tenants who always pay rent on time, and respectful of other people’s need for space and quiet time 😊

We are ideally seeking a place close to the ocean that offers space to store tools and surfboards, and an ensuite room/room can fit a king bed with own bathroom, so ideally an unfurnished room. We need a place that offers some privacy where we can both relax and unwind from our stressful and demanding jobs. Our ideal budget is around $550, but for the right place are willing to pay max up to $650-700 a week as a couple, sharing with max 1-2 people in a household. We need to find a place before Feb 28th when we vacate our current rental.
