I’m a professional engineer working full-time as an estimator in the manufacturing and construction industry.

I’m a clean, respectful and responsible tenant who takes great pride in looking after the place I live in. Maintaining a tidy, well-kept home is very important to me, and I always treat a property as if it were my own.

I live a quiet and organised lifestyle and am very outdoorsy in my spare time. I enjoy being in nature, travelling, camping and snorkeling, so I’m often out on weekends exploring and staying active rather than staying home.

I’m also not much of a cook, as I usually rely on pre-made meals or eat out, so I don’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

I’m financially stable, a non-smoker, and pet-free, and I’m ideally looking for a long-term rental where I can feel settled and comfortable.

P.S. I’ve lived with my current housemates for the past nine years, so I’d like to think I’m pretty easy to live with!
