Hello. I'm Kai. I'm 36 and I'm a full time teacher. Currently working from home but will be returning onsite next term. I'm a clean and respectful housemate and I'd love to find somewhere to live with a cool housemate that wants to hang out some evenings but also respect each other's space. On weekends I play cricket, and in my spare time I enjoy going to the beach, snowboarding, hiking, bbqs, watching sports, movies, shows and I like trivia nights and other social games nights. I am looking for a room with cool people or just a team up with 1 other housemate as 2 bedroom places seem to have better value for finding somewhere nicer with a cheaper price. I do require parking.

I'm neat, organised and friendly. I work in marketing & have experience living out of home and with other people. I'm eco-friendly, plant-based and looking for people similar to me. In my free time, I like to hike, swim and paint. I don't smoke :) I'd be happy to team-up to find a place. I have all the white goods we'd need, from fridge to washing machine to waffle maker. :)

***Please read my profile before messaging, I’ve had too many messages from people who haven’t read my listing and then tell me the property isn’t child-friendly, which is a waste of both of our time. Hello! I'm Daisy, and I'm looking for a place for myself and my sweet baby boy to stay. I'm not currently employed as I am staying at home with my son, but I am also studying law. I'm a qualified early childhood educator and have previously worked as a pre-school teacher and nanny. I also enjoy writing and painting, and spend a lot of time working on assorted projects. I plan on returning to work when my son is a bit older, or when I can move my study load to part time. (My employment status does not affect my ability to pay rent though). I have a lot of interests, but am a bit of an old soul at heart, so in the evenings you'll more than likely find me curled up with a blanket, a cup of tea, and a good movie or a good book. Having said that though, I'm always up for a chat! As biased as it might sound, my son is a cherub. He's a generally happy little tyke who is very smiley and social, and he doesn't make too much noise or take up too much room. He's just happy reading books or playing on his playmat, but I also take him for walks to the park pretty often! Obviously he is solely my responsibility, so you needn't worry about me asking you for help with him. Together we're a quiet and friendly little duo. I also have a small group of friends who will occasionally come over to visit to hang out and watch movies and talk about life. Feel free to send me a message if it sounds like we could be mates! ***Please note I am not looking to move in to a house with more than 2 housemates or with a shared bathroom, and I am not looking at moving into an apartment on anything higher than the ground floor, so please only message me if the property fits that criteria (and is child friendly).

Currently living alone in an apartment block in Seddon and wishing to be around people and make new friends! I have my own furniture (a bed, bedside tables, shelves, TV and gaming consol). Looking to move sooner rather than later. I work full time in a job I love. Okay dokey now all the technical stuff is out of the way, here's a bit about me! While I am quiet soul who likes to hang out with a bag a chips and Netflix's I do love hanging out with my roomies. If you get me talking about superheroes and travelling you'll lose (hopefully) an entertaining hour or so of your life. I have a nack for being a story teller. I also do get very excited about things, colleagues say I'm like a ferret. I try to stay as much as an active person as I can. I run as regularly and try and get to the gym every other day (per covid-19). Although saying that I am good at sitting on the coach for sloth amount of hours. I try and be as tidy as a person as one can be, after working in hospitality for the past five years and this pandemic you know germs are gross. I currently have my licence (P2 plates) although I don't own a car so I rely mostly on public transport to get around along with my bike.

In a nutshell I’m a down to earth chill guy who likes to be around people but also enjoys personal space. Steady employment with a daytime job. I love to cook and can make a delicious focaccia. Currently entering a new phase in life as I’m coming out of a long term relationship since high school. I’m house trained so can help with the cleaning etc. A few more random facts about me; I enjoy being outdoors, I like most genres of music (although hopeless at remembering lyrics), my favourite drink is coffee and I enjoy binge watching a great series on Netflix every now and then.

I am a 29 yo Brit tteacher, quite easy going, clean up after myself. I don't mind living with anyone as long as they respectful. I like a friendly chat, like making my own food but open to something shared sometimes. I currently live in Yarraville and I am fond of this suburb but I am hoping I can find double room thats furnished (with ensuite would be lovely) around the coastal area of Williamstown (ideally), Seaholme because I love the beach and I am dying to get to the seaside for summer. I am open to other suburbs walking distance to the coast not too far from the city.

Hi all!! I am looking to find likeminded people to move out with some time next year (or after COVID settles), if you think you might fit this description please message me! I am a genuine, kind, honest, respectful person who is looking to get along with my future housemate/s rather than just tolerate them. Preferably females but also open to males. I would like to occasionally share meals together and hang out with Netflix and a glass of wine. Or go out for drinks and/or meals etc. I love long walks, adventures and the beach. I also love to cook and bake and be creative. Additionally, I like some time to myself and know how to respect boundaries. I am pretty clean and can get a little fussy with things like leaving dishes or messy benches so my future housemates will ideally keep common areas clean too. I am not fussy with location as I work as a CRT at schools anywhere. Preferably somewhere within 15km from the CBD, I am happy to meet up and find a great place together. Not far from the coast would be amazing too! I also come with a very well behaved Maltese Shitzhu pup, he is clever, affectionate and low shedding and sleeps in the laundry. So the place will ideally have an enclosed backyard as well. If you would like to chat and get to know me better send me a message :)
