Hey I’m just starting a masters in March so I’m looking to move closer to the uni. I’m pretty clean and quiet but also don’t mind parties or whatever. I like to cook so there might be leftovers. Big fan of comedy so pretty keen for the festival. I’m also aware.
Hi my name is Levi Quinn and I'm looking for a place to live in close to the CBD, as I've recently gotten a job in Port Melbourne. Still currently living in my home in Tasmania. I'm due to start my new job on February 11th and will likely travel over the week before to check out potential houses and hopefully move in. Not extremely fussy on move in date but a week or so either side of 11/02/19 would be great. Would also be happy to team up with the right people to apply for a new rental. About me: * I'm a 23 year old male * Coming from Hobart where I’ve lived for the last 12 years * Dual trade electrician by profession where I’ll be working Full Time at SAGE Automation in Port Melbourne * Like being tidy, without being neurotic about it * Follow Rugby and AFL * Non-smoker * Definite dog person but love all pets * Like watching Netflix series in my down time * Enjoy a beer or rum at the end of the week * Love my outdoor activities such as fishing, diving, camping, etc * Very social person so always up for a chat and doing something with people What I'm trying to find: * Somewhere nearby to the CBD (within 25 minutes by car) * Around $275 a week + Bond * Preferably a house rather than an apartment/unit with on or off street parking for my work vehicle. Some sort of yard and/or storage would be nice, but not essential * Long term lease or the opportunity for it * Fully furnished would be ideal as I don’t have much to offer furnishing wise as I’ll be driving up from Tassie with not a whole lot. That being said I would be happy to contribute to buying furniture once moved in * Chill and social housemates that are like minded who wouldn’t be opposed to cooking and eating meals together every now and then as well as generally hanging out * Cool bars/pubs/cafes nearby a bonus Cheers 🍻
Hi Im looking for a drama free home where housemates respect privacy but also have the occasional banter. Im a very private ,fastidious, laid back person. Im looking for a place where i will have space to work on my paintings as i am an artist.I cannot live with untidy individuals who donot clean up after themselves or who donot respect the space they reside within.I tend to do alot of the cleaning as i enjoy it. I am looking for a furnished room, and i also have other furniture,i would love it if it could be utilised or if not ,then space to store it in.I also am a night owl ,so would like housemates who are similar or who atleast dont mind. I would like to learn more about sustainable living and perhaps one day be part of creating an old school community valued tiny house village.
Hi, I am Melanie - 30 ish, Marketing professional, easy going, friendly and social. During the week I am pretty homely, normal go to the gym after work or out to dinner. At weekends I like to get out and about, catch up with friends over a few wines. Big fan of the beach but also love a night in with a movie.
I'm the co-founder of Acuite, a New Zealand based construction-specific software platform. We are growing and expanding internationally now so I am looking for somewhere to call home where I can base myself to set up our Australian operations. Outside of work the gym & surf missions are therapy - as will be the "business" trips back to NZ that will get strung out by a few days so I can get back to the beach to go diving, more surfing along with a spot of fishing.
Hey future Roomy, I’m currently in the process of relocating from the Goldcoast. Hoping to be down in Melbourne by mid February. I am currently recovering from a knee injury so won’t be at work much, I am being paid full wages so No need to worry about not paying rent on time. I’m super clean and tidy so no need to worry about cleanliness. I’m a chef so that’s a plus. I am also studying my PT certs so may be home few days a week. If you like quite I can easily keep to myself but if you like to have a chat I’m always keen on that, normally quite social.
I am very laid back and friendly. I like to keep my house clean and am considerate of people's space. Don't mind socializing and sharing a meal every now and then though with some Ntflix-ing. I like to cook but not so enthusiastic about it so order food every now and then. Work fulltime at Target HQ. Will be paying rent on time. I have a good bunch of friends so most of the weekend I'll be out and about. I like to go the gym 3-4 times a week after work. Williamstown area is where I'd prefer to live as it is closer to my work. Happy to team up as well. I like pets and would love to have a dog of my own too in the future. Sadly wherever I've lived before wasn't pet friendly. Planning to stay in my next place for at least 6 months or more. Happy to provide references :)
Im pretty quiet and layed back. Fairly active, like to travel, dive, read the occasional book I live in a 1 br at the moment, have loads of saucepans and stuff. I guess i want something close to the beach for walks, decent kitchen, close to shops and or a gym/pool would be nice. I guess $200 p/week ×3 or ×4 people could acquire a nice rental (maybe south of Mordialloc (?)...I have another friend who may be interested in that area. I currently need to give 4 weeks notice.. i'll be looking for work soon (or, I continue to study nursing at a higher level mid year), I might go overseas though.. (happy to pay my bond and rent in advance).

Stavros the 1 year old, well behaved greyhound! He is primarily an inside dog (super clean, rarely drops hair etc.) Him: - Long velvet snoot - Will let you spoon him - Could be mistaken for a tiger - Notorious for his tongue hanging out of his mouth. - Super quiet... he literally sleeps all day (lucky bastard) Let me know if you think we'd be a good fit and I'd be keen to meet and check out your abode!
Heya! I'm Callum. I'm moving from Canberra to Melbourne to study Journalism. I just returned from 6 months travelling around South America, North America and Europe staying in hostels so I'm pretty adaptable to any personalities. I love podcasts, video and boards games and going out dancing with friends. If you want a reliable, chill and friendly housemate I'm your dude.
I have recently relocated to melbourne from brisbane for a new role at my current workplace. A bit about me. I am 32 years old, and I am a project manager for a health insurance company. I work 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If i'm not at work, I can be found at the gym, coffee shops, or grabbing a meal with friends. I sail competatively on the weekends, so I'm often out training, or away on the weekends sailing at regatta. I am very chilled, and go with the flow. I enjoy having a chat with my flatmate, but also respectfully keep to myself. I am tidy, pay bills on time, have worked for the same company for the last 12 years. Let's just say I'm consistent haha. I'm interested in finding a place near the beach, either Port Melbourne or Williamstown.

I'm a pretty easy going chill person to be around, I enjoy my own space and time and also hanging out with positive people. I try to stay pretty physically active, whether it's basketball, mountain biking or hiking. I work full-time as a Consultant in Richmond. Hi, I’m Dave. I’m a 43 yr old single interstate truck driver who’s a non smoker, drinker or drug user. I have my amazingly funny 7yr old daughter who’s in my care every second weekend but apart from that I’ll only be sleeping at home every couple of nights as I work away. I have my rent direct debited weekly and am financially secure. I’m looking for a low stress fun environment that’s child friendly when I have my alternate weekends off with my daughter. Cheers for reading my ad
I've just moved to Melbourne from Perth. I will work mainly from Footscray but travel around a bit, so I work hard but try not to work at home but it depends on workload. I'm considerate and a good cook - happy to share with you or fend for ourselves. I'm great company, enjoy a wine or beer, some good banter but also respectful of people's space. I do like a good vibe in the house though and like all sorts of music. I'm pretty clean, healthy & a non smoker. I love cycling so on the weekends I'm out early either on the road or up into the bush. I'm at the gym most mornings as well. Cheers Carlo
