I’m a single 36-year-old man moving to the Northern Beaches for a work opportunity. I’m a cabinetmaker by trade and am about to start a role fitting out campervans in Mona Vale — an industry I’ve had a long-standing interest in.

I’m very clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I gave up drinking 9 years ago, so I enjoy early mornings and quiet evenings. I work a lot and my job is my main focus during the week.

As this is a new role there are a few initial unknowns, but I expect to be working there for at least 3–6 months. I’m ideally looking for something to get settled initially and would be very open to discussing a longer-term arrangement once I’m a couple of weeks into the job.

I’ll be in the area next week (Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th of Feb) and would be happy to meet and view any suitable listings.
