My husband and I are a responsible and respectful couple currently based in Melbourne. We are planning to relocate to the Gold Coast due to my husband’s postgraduate studies, which will begin in March.

At this stage, we are looking for a short-term rental while we continue our search for a long-term, permanent home. However, we would be very happy to extend the lease if the property is a good fit for both sides.

We value a clean, quiet, and well-maintained living environment and take great care of the properties we live in. We are reliable tenants, and respectful of the home.
