Jack and Lara

We are a couple from the UK, aged 22 and 23, and have been together for almost five years. We are relocating to the Gold Coast on 5 February and are looking to rent a property for approximately 12 months while on our working holiday visas. We are hoping to find a comfortable place to settle into and make our home for the year.
We are both clean, respectful, and easygoing tenants who take pride in looking after the places we live. We understand the importance of paying rent on time and maintaining a property to a high standard. We are quiet, responsible, and very mindful of neighbours and the surrounding community.
In our spare time, we both enjoy staying active. One of us plays rugby and regularly goes to the gym, while Lara enjoys walking, being outdoors, and spending time at the beach. While we enjoy an active lifestyle, we are not party-goers and value having a calm, tidy, and relaxed home environment.
We are very excited about the opportunity to live on the Gold Coast and would love the chance to make a property our home during our stay in Australia. We are happy to provide any additional information, references, or documentation required to support our application.
