Hi everyone,

My name is Viktor. I’m originally from Ukraine and relocating permanently to Australia on a PR visa. I’m responsible, tidy and respectful.

I am currently looking for: • A private room in an apartment or house or • A private studio / self-contained unit

Location: Anywhere in Sydney (CBD, inner suburbs or outer suburbs) - I’m flexible with the area.

The only important requirement is being within 20 minutes walking distance to a train station, as I don’t have a car at the moment.

Lease term: Open to 6-12 months or longer if it’s a good fit.
