STABILITY: Feifan is starting a 2-year Master’s degree which leads into a 4-year work visa. I am a UI/UX Designer currently on a WHV and will be joining the student visa as a dependent. We have a clear 6-year roadmap in Hobart.
FINANCIALS: My professional income is stable, and we have a healthy savings buffer. We are happy to provide bank statements to give you full peace of mind regarding rent.
We are non-smokers, have no pets, and because I often work from my desk, maintaining a quiet and immaculate living space is my top priority.
