Aaron and Maritza

Hi there!

We are Aaron (30) and Isabel (29), a Peruvian couple who recently moved to Perth. We are looking for a long-term, peaceful, and respectful home while we focus on our professional and academic goals in Australia.

What we are looking for:
We are flexible and open to different living arrangements. We are interested in either a private room in a shared house (with like-minded, respectful housemates) or a 1 bedroom apartment/unit just for ourselves. Our main priority is finding a quiet and relaxed environment.

A bit about us:
- Aaron: Mining Engineer working full-time in the Mining Technology sector.
- Isabel: Environmental Engineer currently studying for her Master’s at Curtin University.

What we are like as flatmates:
We are very "low maintenance," tidy, and mindful of personal space. Since we are both focused on our careers and studies, we really value a quiet home to come back to after a busy day. We’ve traveled extensively (Canada, Mexico, USA, Chile, Colombia), so we enjoy meeting new people and sharing a good chat occasionally, but we also appreciate our own downtime.
A few more details:

✅ No pets (but we absolutely love animals, so we’re more than happy to share a home with your furry friends!).
✅ Very clean, organized, and financially stable.
