My partner and I are looking for a room with a private bathroom (preferably ensuite, but not strictly necessary), bills included, in a sharehouse in the Southport, Labrador, Biggera Waters, or Robina area.

We are a tidy and quiet Italian couple, professional cleaners/housekeepers, looking for accommodation to come and work in the area. We don't expect much: a spacious room to store our belongings, a quiet and tidy home, and a private bathroom. We have our own car, so a location 15-20 minutes from the city center is fine; if there are bus stops nearby, even better. Thank you!
