We are financially prepared for our stay in Australia and can provide proof of savings, income documents, and my enrollment confirmation if needed. Based on our visa conditions, my husband is allowed to work more than 48 hours per fortnight, and I am allowed to work up to 48 hours per fortnight. This will give us additional income while we are living in Australia.
We are responsible, clean, and quiet people. We are non-smokers and do not have pets. We also own our home in the Philippines, so we understand how important it is to take good care of a property. We will treat your property with respect and ensure that rent is always paid on time.
My visa is valid until 15 March 2028, and we are hoping to find a long-term rental for the duration of my studies.
