Hannah

Hi, my name is Hannah and I’m from Korea. I’m a web developer with about 4–5 years of experience, and I’m coming to Brisbane to look for a job in the same field.

In Korea, I have experience living alone in a rented apartment, and I also lived in a university dorm where I shared a room with others. Because of that, I’m used to living with people and I always try to be respectful and considerate. I keep my living space clean and take good care of the place I stay in.

I’m currently looking for a place around Brisbane City or nearby suburbs such as Spring Hill, South Bank, or Woolloongabba, or in the northern side of Brisbane. Ideally, somewhere within about 30 minutes by bus to the city. It would be great if there is a bus stop nearby and a supermarket within walking distance.

I’m happy with either a single room or a shared room, and I would prefer a place with basic furniture.

I’m a non-smoker, and I don’t party or invite friends over. My hobby is watching dramas, so I tend to spend my time at home quietly. I value a calm and comfortable living environment.

I worked as a web developer in Korea for several years and will be coming to Australia with enough savings to support myself. Even if it takes some time to find a job, paying rent will not be a problem.

I’m planning to stay for at least three months, and if everything goes well, I would love to stay longer.

I will arrive in Brisbane on March 22, and I’m available to move in anytime after that. I’m also available to inspect the place anytime after I arrive.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and I always pay rent on time.
