Hi, I’m Kathy.
I’m a mature female looking for accommodation on the south side of Brisbane or north of the Gold Coast. My budget is $200–$250 per week, and I’m available to move in immediately for at least 6 months plus.
I run my own small business and have my own car, so I’d need a small, quiet corner where I can occasionally work from home — just enough space for a laptop and printer. Access to a patio, balcony, or garden would be ideal.
I’m very comfortable in a household with pets or where animals are already part of the family. I don’t have any pets now as I’m planning to travel. I enjoy cooking and spending time outdoors — camping, fishing, swimming — and I’m very family and friends oriented, especially with my grandchildren.
I do smoke, but strictly outdoors only, and I’m always considerate of others.
