Scarlett Rushby-Smith and Kyle

Hi! We’re Scarlett and Kyle – an engaged couple looking for a flatshare, granny flat or studio on the Sunshine Coast.

We’re laid-back, easy-going and have lived together for years, with plenty of shared rental experience under our belts. We understand how important it is to be respectful, reliable and considerate housemates. We’re clean and tidy, always pay rent and bills on time, and genuinely value a peaceful home environment.

We’re social but relaxed – we love a beach swim, surfing, weekend markets and cooking up a great meal at home. We’re always happy to share a meal or a wine, but equally comfortable doing our own thing.

Not big partiers, we're more into good conversation, and like to keep a low maintenance setup at home! After years of renting together, we know how to strike that balance between being friendly and respecting personal space.

Kyle works full time from home (or a cafe) as a Customer Success Manager for a software company, and travels occasionally for client visits. Scarlett is an events, marketing and brand manager with a background in non-profit and women in tech. She's currently looking for full time employment in a retail or hospitality environment nearby!

We’d love to find somewhere that feels like a great fit and are happy to provide references if needed.

We've just taken 6 months off work to travel NZ, Fiji & are planning on staying in the Sunshine Coast for the next year!

We're available to move in on flexible dates, and would be ideally looking for something until we're able to find our own property in the area, or until we go to Japan on the 10th of April for 2 weeks!
