We’re Kate and Bruce, a creative, self-employed couple living life on our own terms in a well-maintained six metre bus, currently travelling and seeking a space that supports calm, creativity, and room to breathe. Music and art aren’t hobbies—they’re what we do—so we spend most of our time creating, experimenting, and exploring ideas. We’re not looking for a traditional 9-to-5 arrangement, and we don’t measure our days by someone else’s clock.
We need a place with room to park, ideally with access to house facilities, but we’re flexible—if the space works, the arrangement works. We’re tidy, organized in our own way, and reliable. We’re financially responsible and can pay rent upfront for peace of mind.
We love spaces that feel alive but not chaotic, where creativity is welcome, conversations flow when they need to, and quiet is respected when it’s time to focus. We’ve been through a lot—loss, fire, starting over—but we don’t bring the baggage into your home. We just bring commitment to our work, honesty, and the ability to make the space we’re in function smoothly.
