Hi there! I’m looking to secure a whole property (apartment, unit, or townhouse) in St Lucia for myself and my lovely 3-year-old daughter.

I moved back to Australia from New Zealand at the end of April and have been happily subletting in St Lucia since. My daughter is fully settled into a fantastic local daycare here, so staying in the area is our top priority. Our current sublet is wrapping up mid-October because the primary tenant is moving back to Brisbane, so I’m looking to secure our next home before then.

I work full-time from home, which means I maintain a very quiet, reliable, and predictable daily routine. When I’m not working, it’s just me and my daughter hanging out, or heading to local parks.

As a tenant, I am exceptionally clean, house-proud, and highly respectful of the property. I have a stable full-time income, bond and rent ready to go, and can provide contact details for references from my current and previous arrangements.
