I’m reaching out about the room you have available. My name’s Shawn, I’m originally from Canada and I have been in Australia for 8 months now. I’m working full time here on a skilled trade visa as a carpenter, so I’ll be around for at least the next 3+ years. So I am Ideally I’m looking for something long term.

I still own my house back in Canada and have had people renting from me, so I genuinely understand what it’s like on both sides. I know how important it is to be clean, respectful of shared spaces, communicate well, and just make living together easy. I take pride in where I live and keep things organized.

I’m pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I enjoy staying active, getting outdoors, love to travel, and keeping life balanced between work and downtime. I have never smoked, Not a big partier, but definitely friendly and social.
