My name is Bukhariuzzaman Shainik, and my wife is Raisa Iftikhar. We’re both 28-year-old Bangladeshi professionals, arrived on a Student Visa, and we’re looking for a place to move into from March 2026 onwards, preferably near the University of Adelaide.

Budget: AUD 300–350 per week

What we’re looking for:
• Ensuite bathroom preferred (shared/outside bathroom is also fine)
• Clean, tidy, and well-maintained home
• Quiet, respectful, and friendly environment
• Non-smoking household (we don’t smoke)
• Fully furnished room (bed, wardrobe, desk & chair)

A bit about us: we’re calm, responsible, very tidy, and easy to live with. We respect house rules and value a peaceful home environment.
