Babu and Ukhre

Hi, I'm 35 years old, came Sydney with my wife for higher education purpose at Macquarie University. I am planning to stay longer period near to my campus, specially in, epping, eastwood, strathfield, ryde, hornsby, waitara, marshfield, concord, burwood, ashfield etc. It's better if I will get granny flat but wants to share it with somebody else. Just keep 1 room from us. I am neat and clean personnel who loves to live in quiet place. I have no problem of sharing washroom, but private washroom will be preferred first.
