Im 35, I travel a bit for work and will only be at the house 3-4 nights a week due to work or visiting family. You won’t see me on weekends as I wont be home. I work full time and leave early in the morning, come home late in the day and go to bed early due to work hours. I work in construction building industry, I am 2IC for the business and have been with the company for nearly 9 years.

I am a quiet person, I am not much of a talker, a bit of an introvert and keep to myself. I love dogs, I don't have any. My guilty pleasures is chocolate and ham & cheese toasties.

I am ideally looking for a furnished room in a quiet house for when I am home (I am in bed at 7:30pm due to work). I am looking for a secure term, ideally hoping for 12 months and go from there.

Im only moving as my Current place is going up for sale, however I am still uncertain as to when I have to move at this time.
