Hey I'm Sam, 36 yo male looking to rent a room for the next 3-4 months following some changes to my personal circumstances.
Work full time as a Paediatric ED Doctor at The Women's and Children's Hospital. Also studying for my specialist exams. If it's not work, study, or gym then like to decompress and recharge with a good film or series. Head to the beach when I can.
Kind, easy going, and approachable. Not one for drama. I'm clean but not pedantic. Independent but not a stranger. Won't muck around with rent payments and will expect the same with the bond when I leave.
Regarding furnishings; I do have a spare bed and mattress if need be but prefer the room to be furnished. I have all my own linen. Walk in robe/built in wardrobes preferable but have my own tall boys/drawers etc.
