Hey! My name is Juan José, but most people call me Juanjo 😊

I’m originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, and I’m moving to Sydney for my studies. I’ll be studying E-Commerce and working part-time while I’m there. I have a background in Business Administration and currently work in a leadership role in operations/finance, so I’m very organized, responsible, and used to living on a structured schedule.

For fun, I’m really into fitness (I train 4–5 times a week), entrepreneurship, and anything related to business and personal development. I also enjoy going out for coffee, exploring new spots in the city, watching football, and occasionally going out on weekends...but I’m not a party-every-night type of person. I like balance.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I value clear communication and shared responsibility in the house. I’m looking for a place with good vibes. ideally with friendly, driven people who are either studying or working, and who appreciate a tidy and calm environment during the week.
