Hi!

I’m Clióna, 25 and originally from Ireland ☘️ I work full-time in the Perth CBD and I’m on a sponsored visa here for the next few years, so I’m hoping to find a long-term place to call home (minimum 1 year lease).

I’ve been living with my sister and her family since moving to Perth in June 2024, but now that I’m settled I’m excited to find my own space. 🤗

Ideally I’m looking for a house share with 2–3 people in a relaxed, easygoing home (not a party house). I’m clean, respectful of people’s space, and enjoy a friendly household where everyone gets along.

I’m also open to granny flats or one-bedroom apartments and can be flexible with budget for these.

A bit about me:
• Gym most evenings (Bonus if there’s a Revos nearby!)
• Love gigs, comedy and getting out and about on weekends
• Early riser during the week
• Work from home 1–2 days per week
• Pretty independent but always up for the odd dinner, wine or chat
• No pets, but definitely a pet lover!
• Often stay at my partners

Location-wise I’d love to stay around the 6056 area as my family live nearby, but I’m also open to places like Maylands, Bassendean or Guildford, especially close to a train line as I work in the CBD. I do have a car so street parking is fine, but I would need a spot available.

I’d likely be looking to move mid/late March or early April (happy to be flexible with timing).
