Hi! I’m 25, Irish ☘️ , and on a sponsored 4-year visa, looking for a long-term place to call home.

I’ve been living with my sister and her family since moving to Perth in June 2024, and now that I’m settled and sponsored, I’m excited to find my own space and put down roots. 🥳

I work full-time in Perth CBD and WFH 1–2 days a week depending on my schedule, so I’m looking for a place that’s comfortable with that.

I’m after a house share with 2–3 people max, ideally a chilled, easygoing home rather than a party house.

I’m also open to granny flats or one-bedroom apartments and can be flexible with budget for these.

Location-wise, I’d love to stay near 6056 as I have family there. Maylands, Bassendean, Guildford would be ideal, but I’m open to other areas, especially if they’re close to a train station (I’m not about driving in the city!). I’ll need a car space, street parking is fine.

I’ll need to give a month’s notice where I’m currently staying, so ideally looking for something from mid/late March onwards. I’m going to Bali 27 March–5 April, so I’m happy to start in April if that works better.

A bit about me:
- Early riser 🌞
- Gym in the evenings (Revo nearby would be awesome but not essential!)
- Weekends I’m usually out and about
- Love gigs, comedy, and the occasional night out… though I sometimes have to talk myself into going on school nights!
- Often stay at my boyfriend’s place during the week

I enjoy my own space but love a relaxed, friendly household with the odd dinner, wine catch-up, or casual hangout. I like keeping things chilled but fun, a house you actually enjoy coming home to. 🤗
