Hi, I’m Clare.

I’m a young at heart, professional (commercial photographer) in my 50's, now receiving a stable income via pension each fortnight, along with part-time as a Photographer’s virtual assistant. I’m looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to call home with my two-year-old Cavoodle dog, Charlie.

I’m down-to-earth, quiet and easygoing, and I enjoy having my own space while also being happy to have a chat with the people I live with. I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces, but definitely not a neat freak. I prefer a home that feels comfortable and lived in, rather than perfect! If it's a share house, I'd prefer to live with women, or at least one other woman. I'm also open to teaming up to find a property and go on a lease with one or two other ladies.

I’m a non-smoker, social drinker and don’t use drugs. I’m considerate of other people’s privacy, belongings and routines and would love to find a household with a similar relaxed and respectful approach.

Charlie is a much-loved part of the package. He’s a friendly Cavoodle, whilst being a brilliant security alarm with plenty of personality, so a genuinely dog-friendly home is important to me.

I’m simply looking for somewhere peaceful, friendly and hopefully long term, that feels like home. Looking to move around mid November 2026, but can be flexible.
