Hi, I’m Clare.

I’m a young at heart, ex-professional (commercial photographer) in my late 50's, now receiving a stable income via pension each fortnight, along with part-time income doing some casual work. I’m looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to call home with my two-year-old Cavoodle dog, Charlie.

We’re seeking an all adult, female-only house to live in, where there are no other existing pets. A hard ask I know, but if you’d like to have the joy of having a cute dog around, without the cost, responsibility, or expense, we could be perfect!

I’m down-to-earth, quiet and easygoing, and I enjoy having my own space while also being happy to have a chat/drink with the people I live with. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, but definitely not a neat freak. I prefer a home that feels comfortable and lived in, rather than perfect, but I'll always tidy up after cooking straight away, so no dirty dishes stacked I promise! I'm actually pretty flexible about what area I live in, finding the right home environment is more important to me than the suburb.
I’m a non-smoker, social drinker and don’t use drugs at all. I’m considerate of other people’s privacy, belongings and routines and would love to find a household with a similar relaxed and respectful approach.

Charlie is a much-loved part of the package. He’s a cute, non-shedding Cavoodle, is a brilliant security alarm and has plenty of personality. He’s also very protective of me if another dog comes up to me, so whilst I’d love to live somewhere that already has a dog, that’s why he needs to be the only pet in the house. He’s an indoor/outdoor dog, so at least a small fully fenced yard is needed.

I’m simply looking for somewhere peaceful, friendly and hopefully long term, that feels like home for us both. Currently staying with family, ready to move from October 16th 2026 onwards.
