Hi, I’m Bethany, a 22-year-old currently travelling along the east coast of Australia and now planning to settle in Brisbane. I’ve recently completed my training in children’s and mental health nursing, which has shaped me into a very caring, compassionate, and thoughtful person. Supporting others has always been incredibly important to me, and my training has strengthened both my empathy and sense of responsibility.
Alongside my studies, I worked at a pub for five years — a job I absolutely loved. It taught me the value of teamwork, reliability, and building genuine connections with people. I’m very loyal and passionate about the things I commit to, and I take pride in being dependable and hardworking.
I’m also a tidy and respectful person who always cleans up after myself and values a calm, organised living space. In my spare time, I love to bake and cook whenever I have the space to do so. Back home, I would often share what I made with people in my local community, which is something that brings me a lot of joy.
Overall, I’m friendly, considerate, and easy to live with, and I’m really looking forward to settling in Brisbane and making it feel like home.
