Hi, I’m James, 33 years old and currently looking for a room. I’m a single male, non smoker/vaper. I work from home full time, so I’m pretty quiet during the week and keep to a good routine.
I’m respectful, clean and easy to live with. I’m big on keeping shared spaces tidy and being considerate of everyone’s space and privacy. I live an active lifestyle, enjoy the gym and getting outdoors, and I’m usually up early and in bed at a reasonable time.
Financially stable, reliable with rent and bills, and happy to have a chat or share a meal occasionally but also very comfortable doing my own thing. Looking for a calm, relaxed home environment with like minded people.
