Hey everyone! I’m Hailey 😊

I’m moving to Perth in early July to start my Master’s at UWA and currently looking for a comfortable place to call home for at least 6 months.

I’d say I’m pretty easygoing, social, and tidy. I enjoy meeting new people and hanging out with housemates, but I also really value personal space and a calm home environment.

Outside of study, I spend my time running, dancing, knitting, cooking, and working on web design projects — so I like keeping busy and active.

I’ve lived independently for over 5 years through dorms and share houses in Korea, so I’m very used to shared living and always try to be respectful, clean, and considerate of others.

I’m a non-smoker, usually keep a regular routine, and while I’m happy to join the occasional dinner or drinks, I’m probably not the party-every-weekend type 😅

Looking mainly around Crawley, Nedlands, or Subiaco, with a budget around 280–300 including bills.
