Korean Couple seeking En-suite Room in Brisbane - Move-in from March 27th 🐾

Hi there mate! 👋

We are Sia (26F) and JC (26M), a friendly and outgoing couple from South Korea looking for a new place to call home. We are arriving in Brisbane in the 3rd week of March and are looking to move in on March 27th or later.

About us: Both of us will be on Working Holiday visas and most likely be working in the Hospitality Industry.

Social & Respectful: We are outgoing and love making new friends, but we also respect others' privacy and keep shared spaces spotless.
Lifestyle: We are non-smokers. We enjoy chill movie nights and exploring the city on weekends.
🐾 Animal Lovers: Huge plus if you have pets! We’d love to give them some extra pets!

What we are looking for (Non-negotiable):
Room: A furnished room with an En-suite bathroom (private bathroom).
Air Conditioning: Must have AC in the room or the house.
Housemates: We prefer a quiet and cozy home, preferably maximum 5 people in total (including us) sharing the house.
No Living Room Sharing: We prefer the common area to be kept as a social space for everyone.

General Info:
Location: Within 30 mins to the CBD by public transport.
Budget: Around $450 - $500/week (including bills & Wi-Fi). We are flexible for the right place!
