My name is Leo Cruz I’m 19 years old and from Spain. I’ll be in Sydney during July and August (2 months) for a stage at Saint Peter in the Grand National Hotel in Paddington.
I’m looking for a furnished room in the Eastern Suburbs or Inner City area, somewhere reasonably close to Paddington.
I’ll be working long hours in hospitality and spending as much time as possible in the restaurant to learn and improve, so during the week I’ll mostly be focused on work and resting. I’m very responsible, and my parents will be supporting me financially, so rent will always be paid on time.
I’m social and friendly, and I enjoy meeting new people and sharing dinners sometimes (I love cooking!), but I also appreciate having my own space. I prefer calm and relaxed home environments — I drink occasionally but not regularly, and I don’t smoke.
I’m tidy, organised, and very respectful of shared spaces. I always clean up after myself and I’m used to living in a share house — I currently live with roommates and we have a great relationship.
