Hi! I’m Shafat, a Master’s student at Edith Cowan University, looking for a clean, peaceful place to call home. I’m calm, respectful, and pretty serious about keeping shared spaces tidy (future you will never complain about the kitchen being messy because of me 😄). I mostly focus on my studies and enjoy a quiet lifestyle during the week.

On weekends, you’ll probably find me out for a run, hitting the weights, or pretending I’m training for something important. If not, I’m either exploring Perth or recharging like a responsible adult. I’m reliable with rent, easygoing, and always mindful of others’ space — just looking to be a considerate tenant and good vibe in the house.
