Hi, potential landlords!

We’re a couple looking for a new apartment to end our long-distance relationship and start a new chapter of our lives together.

My name is Mochi. I'm from China and a graduate of the University of Melbourne. I have two full years of rental experience as a responsible tenant — always paying rent on time and taking good care of the property. My boyfriend Martyn is an Australian citizen and works as a quantity surveyor based in Sydney. We both have stable incomes and are more than capable of covering the rent.

We're looking for a clean, functional apartment or house with at least one bathroom, two separate bedrooms, and a parking space. We're not expecting much furniture or many amenities, but hopefully, it has an air conditioner. As for rent, we are expecting it to be from $720 per week to $800 per week, depending on the situation of your house. Plus, we hope to move in by the end of the week of March or at the latest by April 5th.
