Hi! I’m Silvia, 32, originally from Spain and have been living in Australia for several years now.

I work full time in the yacht industry, and occasionally on weekends in a clothing store at Pacific Fair, so I keep a pretty busy routine during the week.

I’d describe myself as clean, respectful and easygoing. I really value having my own space and downtime at home, but I also love living in a friendly environment where you can have a chat, share a meal or a glass of wine, and build genuine connections with the people you live with.

I live a healthy and active lifestyle, I’m usually up early, going to the gym or Pilates, and I enjoy beach walks and keeping a good routine. During the week I’m quite relaxed and quiet at home, as I like to recharge after work.

I’m very tidy and take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone.

I also have a cat called Brownie. He’s a ragdoll, super affectionate, very well behaved and low maintenance. He mostly just sleeps, cuddles and keeps to himself. All my past housemates have genuinely loved him! He also doesn’t need a litter box as he is fully outdoors toilet trained so you don’t have to worry about smells or things like that.
