Josh and Emily

Hello! My name is Josh and my partners name is Emily. We are both physiotherapists working full-time from the UK looking for a place to call home in Perth. We’re both quite active people and in our free time we love going for runs and heading out on walks and day trips. Our partying days are behind us but we do enjoy going out for food and drinks every other weekend! We are non-smokers.

We’re both respectable tenants and happy to provide rental references on request. We’d be equally happy sharing with someone who values privacy and keeps themselves to themselves, or someone who is looking for to socialise and spend free time together! We also have a car so we would need somewhere that has convenient parking (garage/driveway/nearby street parking). We are looking for a 3-6 months tenancy at this stage, with view to extending beyond that if it suits all parties.
