Hi! I’m 25 and currently finishing my law degree at UNSW while working part-time as a paralegal. I’m looking for one female flatmate to team up with for a 2-bedroom apartment around Eastlakes, Mascot, Kensington, Kingsford, Rosebery or nearby areas, ideally moving in around late October.

My budget is around $400pw for my share, and I’m happy to look at places together depending on our combined budget.

I already have most household furniture and appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, dining table and bedroom furniture, so we won’t need to furnish a whole apartment from scratch.

I’m clean, easygoing and respectful of personal space. I’m happy to chat and occasionally cook or hang out together, but I also like having my own time and don’t expect us to do everything together.
